More Summer Reading Programs 2011


Barnes and Noble
At Barnes and Noble, kids who read 8 books and keep track in a printable journal can head to the store to pick out a FREE book from this list. There's also a printable Parent Kit to encourage your kids to do more summer reading. The program runs May 24 through September 6, 2011, and the limit is one free book per child.

Borders
Borders' Double-Dog Dare Reading Challenge is for kids 12 and under. Read 10 books and bring your completed form in to a Borders, Borders Express or Waldenbooks earn a FREE book from a selection of books marked at the store (look for a special display). Forms can be turned in anytime after June 1st. The program runs through September 9th and is limited to one free book per child.


Half Price Books
Kids 14 and under can participate in the Feed Your Brain Summer Reading Program at Half Price Books. Find your local store and download the reading log. The program runs through July 31st, and add up your minutes to earn a $5 Back-to-School-Bucks reward.
