Double Coupons at Kmart! (6/19-6/25)

I read on one of my favorite blogs - Clippin' with Carie -  that Kmart is having a double coupon event June 19th-June 25th. They will be doubling coupons up to $.99.




You need to have a Shop Your Way Rewards card, but if you don't already have one, you can get one on their website HERE. You can sign up and print a temporary card--or you can sign up at the customer service desk at Kmart. If you do not print your temporary card, you can give them your phone number at check out. :) (Also, I double checked, the Shop Your Way Rewards card is NOT a credit card; it is just a rewards card.)

According to Clippin' with Carie, she didn't think Kmart's prices were low enough to make it worth it for her. I haven' been in Kmart for awhile to check prices, but I NEED dishwasher detergent so I'm going to check it out.

50% off Plant Sale at Lowe's

We just went to the Jordan Creek Lowe's to pick up paint - the girl's have basically destroyed one of the walls in the kitchen, and since it's the flat contractor's paint, it's not super cleanable. While we were waiting for the paint, we started looking around in the garden section. MANY plants were on sale for 50% off! We bought some red Asiatic Lilies for our backyard for $1.12/plant! I was really excited - we have yellow Asiatic Lilies in our front landscaping and we love them.
If you go to Lowe's for plants (or something else), let me know what you find at your Lowe's. :)

Oh, and while we were there, I picked up a coupon book of cleaning products - use only at Lowe's. It was on the paint counter.

Target Coupon Policy

Just wanted to let you know, Target has changed their coupon policy for B1G1 coupons.  See below for their new B1G1 coupon policy, and check out Target's full coupon policy. For the best savings, I recommend saving their coupon policy to your phone or printing it and carrying it with you. I have not had to use it, but I have heard of it saving people a lot of money using coupons.

I found out that I was running out of items in my travel bag, so I need to get some before my next vacation.

Before starting to shop here, I thought it would be a waste of my time to go to another store, but I have scored free body wash, free toothpaste, men's razors for less than $1, and cheap milk.  It has TOTALLY been worth it for me!

*Walgreens accepts both manufacturer's coupons and Walgreens coupons.  Register Rewards ring in as "manufacturer's coupons".
*Walgreens will not accept more manufacturer's coupons than products. (I.E. You cannot buy 1 item, use 1 manufacturer's coupon and 1 RR.  You need to use a "filler" item - I usually do the deal of the week from the ad or something else I may need.
*Hand over Walgreens store coupons last to prevent register "dings".
